iLobby Touchless Sign-In: Walk-in Visitors

Signing-In

When using the iLobby Touchless feature, your iPad will display a QR code at the top right corner. Use your mobile phone's camera to scan this QR code.

Note: Launch the camera app on your Android or iOS smartphone and point it at the QR code. A pop up will appear prompting you to open the goilobby.com link attached to it. This link leads to a separate portal using your phone's browser where you can go through the sign-in process.

1. On this page, you will be asked to enter your personal details such as first name, last name, company name, phone number, etc.

2. Once this step has been completed. Please click on the green Next button to select the visitor type on the following screen.

3. After that, you will be directed to view any necessary documents and videos.

You may be asked to sign and accept some legal documents.

Tap on Accept & Sign to sign the document. A signature box will pop up. Enter your signature and tap Submit

4. During the pandemic situations, you may be required to complete a health questionnaire (e.g. COVID-19). You will be presented with a list of Yes/No questions. Select the appropriate answers and accept & sign the document.

5. If there is a video to watch, tap on Play to view it.

6. Once all the documents are signed, you will be asked to select the person who you are visiting (the host) by entering the host's first and last name.

This host’s record will be displayed. Tap on it to proceed with registration. This will direct you to the Summary screen.

7. Clicking on the green Finish button will complete the registration process and generate the unique QR code for you.

8. Tap on the green Start button when near the kiosk to launch the iPad’s front camera. Show your issued QR code to the iPad's front camera for scanning.

9. You might be prompted to take a picture. You will see a countdown before a photo is taken.

9 After the picture is taken, you will see the final screen confirming that you are signed in. Your host will receive a notification and will come to meet you shortly.

10. In situations where your health questionnaire answers do not comply with the facility's requirements, you may see the following message on your smartphone.

In the event that you see this screen, you will not be able to complete your sign-in. Please contact the person who invited you to the meeting for further instructions.

 Signing-Out

To sign out without touching the iPad’s screen, walk up to the iPad and use your phone's camera to scan the same QR Code in the upper right corner of the Welcome screen.

Clicking on the pop-up will lead you to a portal page confirming whether you’d like to proceed with signing out or continue signing in another visitor.

Tapping on Yes will sign you out.
