Working with the All Scheduled visits tab in Workforce

Clicking at All Scheduled Visits will open the page with all visits at all locations (spaces)



This page displays:

1. Employee name of a person who booked this visit time.
 
2. Visit Date/Time: the time and date when the visit is scheduled.
 
3. Location: Space/Desk where the visit is going to take (took) place.
 
4. Status: shows whether the visit was recently created and waiting for the administrator’s approval, already approved or canceled by the administrator. 
 
5. Actions: If a visit is pending for approval, there will be three options for the administrator to select here: . For approved visits, there will be just one option that allows administrators to cancel this visit.
 
5. The administrator can filter all the visits that are pending for approval by toggling the Pending Approvals options to on.
