The
Attendance Report tab displays the report of who has come to the office.
On this page you can see:
1.
Site Name/Sub Space/Desk is the space/desk where the visit is going to take (took) place.
2.
Name of an employee who booked a visit.
3.
Email of an employee who booked a visit.
4.
Booked is the time and date when the visit is scheduled.
5.
SignIn is the time of the actual registration on site.
6.
SignOut is the time when an employee left the site.
5.
Host is the name of a person this employee is visiting.
Available Reports
Reports by Site
You can get reports for all sites at once, or filter the records for a certain site.
1) You can get a report of entries for a certain period of time. Select “Today”, “This Week”, “Last Week”, or “This Month”
2) You can select a different period of time by selecting “Custom range”. Click on
Apply when selected.
If you’d like to have the report exported to excel, click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, and select
Export to XLS.
