Working with Spaces in the iLobby Workforce

Working with Spaces in the iLobby Workforce

The Spaces tab reflects the same sites you have in the iLobby portal. A space is a physical place (building, office) to which visitors come.

By tapping on each space name, you can:

1. Edit its name

2. Add a description

3. You can add a desk map under Desk Map for employees to orient better in the space while booking a visit. You can either drag files from your computer and drop them here, or click on Browse and select the file from your computer.

To delete a map, click on Remove.

4. Set the maximum number of people who can visit this space by entering this number in the Capacity field

5.  If there are rooms, wings, or floors with the capacity which is not included into the space capacity, you can create a sub-space. You can do so by clicking at the three-dot icon , and then at Add Sub-Space.

6. To delete a space from the management portal, click on the red trash can icon in the same menu.

7. If you’d like employees to be able to book a certain desk at the space, you can add desks to spaces in the Workforce portal. To find out more about it, please refer to the Adding Desks in the iLobby Workforce article.
