Setting up Global Messaging
You can use the iLobby portal to send messages to contacts in your Address Book, via the Global messaging function.
1. Click Settings, then Global Messaging.
2. Enter the Subject and Body of the message.
3. To send the message only to hosts at certain sites, select from the list under Sites or, to send the message to all employees at all sites, check All Sites.
4. To send the message only to employees with a certain tag in their Address Book profiles, select the tag from the list under the Address Book Tag(s) option.
5. To send your message, click Send message.
