Default User Account Types Overview

iLobby's Account Types can be configured to meet your Facility's visitor management workflow needs.

These roles can be assigned to any User you invite to the iLobby online portal.

It's recommended to have at least 3 Trusted Account Administrators active within your iLobby implementation.

Site Administrator:
Able to manage assigned site locations (Single, or Multiple), without having access to the global account.

Host:
Team members with access to iLobby simply for managing events, accessing workforce, and viewing visitor reports for the assigned sites.
