This feature requires the Slack addon to be enabled on your account. Please speak with your iLobby account representative before proceeding.

Enable Slack notifications in iLobby

With iLobby, you can use Slack for visitor notifications. Learn how to set it up below.

The iLobby Assistant bot will send direct messages to your employees upon visitor sign-ins. It does not post or read any contents of channels.

Step 1: Install the iLobby Assistant into your Slack workspace:

  1. Review and allow the iLobby Assistant permissions prompt:

Step 2: Verify that Slack notifications are being sent:

  1. Once the iLobby Assistant app has been added successfully, perform a test sign-in on an iLobby iPad to verify that Slack notifications are being sent:
