Companion App: Sign In With Code
Note: The information in this article assumes that you have access to the iLobby Companion App. You can download the iLobby Companion app 
from Apple App Store and Google Play for free. After downloading, launch the app and login with your credentials.
Sign in With Code is a feature in the iLobby Companion app that can be used to quickly register
a group of visitors. Using this feature, you can quickly sign-in visitors by scanning their e-mail invitation QR codes or badges using your phone's camera. This can help with situations where an iLobby kiosk is not available or simply to avoid a queue of people at your reception area. Please see below for a few examples of iLobby QR codes that can be scanned using this feature.
To start signing people in, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open the iLobby Companion App on your smartphone.
2. Click on in the upper left corner.
3. This will reveal the window with different options. Click on Sign in With Code.
4. Your smartphone’s rear camera will open. Use it to scan a QR code from the guest’s invitation e-mail on their phone or their printed badge.
5. After scanning the code, the screen with the visitor’s information will be shown.
Confirm the first name, last name, company name, and phone number with your guest.
6. To take a visitor’s photo, tap on the portrait image at the top to launch your smartphone’s rear camera and take the visitor's photo.
7. Tap on the green Sign In button to finish the visitor's sign-in. Your guest is now signed in.
8 The same record will also be visible on the Dashboard of your account which can be reached by visiting portal.goilobby.com.
