How do I Edit parcel details on pickup? 

We're thrilled to introduce a new feature that streamlines your parcel handling process. Now, right after scanning the shipping label with our mobile app, you have the power to instantly edit parcel details. Whether it's updating the recipient's name, tracking number, carrier, or adding important notes, you can do it all in the moment. This means no more back-and-forth in the portal after scanning – you can complete the entire receiving process right from your mobile app.

Here's how to make the most of this feature: 

  1. 1. Open the mobile app and access the DeliveryOS module. 

  1. 2. Click on "Scan & Edit Parcels." 


After scanning the label, you'll see all the data conveniently populated, ready for you to edit or fill in any missing information (see image below). It's all about efficiency and convenience, right in the palm of your hand. Elevate your parcel management with our mobile app today! 

 

 


How do I sign for my parcel?

 

We're thrilled to introduce a smoother parcel pickup process, eliminating the need to scan shipping labels and preventing those pesky duplicate records. In this revamped approach, it's easier than ever: 

  1. 1. Open the mobile app's main menu and select "Parcel Pickup." 

  1. 2. Search for the recipient's name, and you'll see a handy list of pending parcels awaiting pickup. 

  1. 3. Simply choose the parcel(s) you'd like to pick up from the "Parcels Pending Pickup" list. 

  1. 4. Click "Sign for Pickup." 


Once you've added your signature, the record in DeliveryOS is instantly updated with all the pickup information, and your signature is securely attached to the record. 


Please note, this new process replaces the old pickup method, meaning you won't need to scan shipping labels anymore to complete your pickups. We've made it more convenient than ever to manage your parcels, so you can get things done hassle-free. Elevate your pickup experience with us today!
