Issue 1: Returning Visitors are being asked to input their information again.

Step 1: Check the settings in the iLobby portal.

1. Log in with your credentials to the iLobby Portal through portal.goilobby.com 
2. From the top right corner of the screen, navigate to Settings -> Configuration -> Select your site 
3. Select the ‘Features’ tab and click ‘Configure’ under Returning Visitors 
4. Ensure that Personal Info Expiration Period is not causing the described issue

Step 2: Make sure your iLobby device is set in an appropriate environment: 

1. The device is in a fixed, permanent position 
2. The lighting is good and consistent throughout the day 
3. The overall environment of the device is stable 
4. Visitors who wear facial coverings, hats, or glasses might cause FaceMatch to not recognize them
