Configuring Device Background

The procedures in this article are accessed by clicking  and then Configuration, then clicking the name of your configuration.

Use the Backgrounds tab to enhance your branding and customize the visitor's experience by adding images to be displayed behind the logo on the main screen of the device. A single image can be used, or upload multiple images and drag and drop them in the order in which they should be shown as a slide show.




High-resolution images (with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 pixels) are recommended for this feature for 9.7' iPads. 
For 10.2' iPads, the resolution of images should be 11124x834.
High-resolution images 1366x1024 or 2732x2048 are recommended for 12.9' iPads.
